Titan Smart is the wearable arm of Titan, India's most recognized lifestyle brand, building smartwatches designed for the way Indians actually live, work, and move.The Western smartwatch experience didn't fit the Indian user; the category needed an interpretation rooted in local behaviors and rituals.
We worked with Titan on a complete UX rethink, from cohort research and behavioral design to a modular product system that adapts to each user.
The result is a smartwatch experience that doesn't ask Indian users to adapt, it adapts to them.
