Design for
AI companies
Brand, product and web design from Dubai for AI companies: making a model-shaped product legible, trustworthy and easy to buy.
The model is rarely the hard part to explain. What it does for the person in front of it is.
AI companies tend to describe themselves in the language of the lab: parameters, benchmarks, agents. Buyers want to know what changes on Monday morning. We design the brand, the product and the site so the value is obvious before the technology is, and so the interface handles what models actually do: take time, get things wrong and need a human to check.
For AI companies whose product has outgrown its first explanation.
Start-ups moving from a research demo to a product people pay for, established teams adding AI to software customers already rely on, and companies selling agents or automation to buyers who are wary of both.
- Your site describes the technology better than the outcome
- Users like the demo but do not trust the output in daily work
- Sales calls spend the first ten minutes explaining what the product is
- Your brand looks like every other AI launch this year
What we design and build for AI companies
Positioning and brand
A position that is not "AI-powered", a name that will outlast the current wave of model names, and an identity that avoids the gradients and glowing brains of the category.
Product interfaces for model output
Prompting, streaming, review and correction: interfaces that show where an answer came from, how confident it is and how to fix it, designed for the people who have to trust the result.
Website and product story
A site that explains the product through what it does for one specific buyer, with demos, use cases and pricing pages written for the people who sign, not only the people who build.
Agents, integrations and builds
Where you need it, we build too: agent workflows, retrieval over your documents, and the integrations into the tools your customers already use.
How we work
Understand the model
What it does well, where it fails and how long it takes. We design around the real behaviour, not the demo.
Find the buyer
Who signs, who uses and who has to defend the decision internally. Each one needs a different story.
Design the trust
Sources, previews, undo, human review. The moments where a user decides whether to rely on the output get the most attention.
Ship and learn
Brand, site and product released together, then tuned from what real users do with real output.
What we believe about designing for AI
Lead with the job, not the model
Nobody buys a model. They buy an afternoon back, a decision made faster, a task they no longer have to do. The brand and the interface start there.
Design for the wrong answer
Every model is sometimes wrong. A product earns trust by making mistakes easy to see and quick to fix, not by pretending they will not happen.
Build a brand that outlives the wave
The visual language of this moment will date quickly. We design identities around what you do for people, which does not.
What you walk away with
- A position that says what you do without leaning on the word AI
- Interfaces that make model output checkable and correctable
- A website that sells to the buyer, not only the engineer
- A brand that will not date with the next model release
- Design and code your team can extend as the model changes
Questions AI companies ask us
Do you design the model or only what sits around it?
Mostly what sits around it: the brand, the product interface, the site and the workflows. We also build agents, retrieval and integrations on top of the models you choose, but we do not train foundation models.
How do you design for output that is sometimes wrong?
By assuming it will be. We design sources and citations, confidence cues, easy editing and a clear path to a human, so a wrong answer costs the user a moment rather than their trust.
How long does a brand and website take for an AI start-up?
Typically eight to twelve weeks for positioning, identity and a launch site. Product interface work usually runs alongside and continues after launch.
Can you work with our engineers on a product that changes every week?
Yes. We work in your tools, design in components that map to your code and agree a review rhythm that matches your release cycle, so design does not hold the model back.
Who owns the designs, code and prompts?
You do. Files, source code, prompts and configuration are handed over in your repositories and accounts at the end of the engagement.
