Design for
Hospitality

Brand, websites, booking journeys and guest apps for hotels, resorts and hospitality groups in Dubai, designed to win the direct booking and the return stay.

A stay begins weeks before check-in, on a screen. We design that part of the welcome.

Guests compare a hotel on a booking site, an Instagram grid and its own website before they ever see the lobby. We design brands with a sense of place, websites that make booking direct the easy choice, and guest apps and messaging that carry the service of the front desk into the stay, connected to the booking engine and property systems you already run.

For hotels and groups that want guests to book with them, not through someone else.

Pre-opening hotels and resorts, independent properties competing with international chains, groups bringing several properties under one platform, and clubs, residences and destinations whose brand has fallen behind the experience on site.

What we design and build for hospitality

  1. Brand and sense of place

Identity, naming and voice for a hotel, resort, members club or group, with signage, in-room material, uniforms and F&B outlets in the same system.

  2. Websites built for direct booking

Room, offer and experience pages that sell the stay, and a booking journey connected to your booking engine with as few steps as possible before payment.

  3. Guest apps and messaging

Pre-arrival, mobile check-in, digital keys, in-stay requests and conversational AI on WhatsApp or web that answers guests in English, Arabic and more.

  4. Group platforms and operations

Multi-property sites, loyalty programmes and internal tools that automate the repeated work behind reservations, requests and guest follow-up.

How we work

  1. Stay

We book a room, walk the property and talk to the GM, revenue, sales and the front desk. Then we go through your competitors as a guest would.

  2. Define

The guest, the reason to choose you and the moments in the stay worth designing for, agreed with operations and commercial teams together.

  3. Design

Brand, website and guest experience designed side by side and shown in context: the booking page, the arrival message, the key card, the room.

  4. Launch

Site and apps live and connected to your booking and property systems, the brand rolled out on property and a team trained to keep it current.

What we believe about hospitality design

Sell the place, not the room

Guests can find a bed anywhere. What they book is a place and a feeling, so the brand and the website start there and get to room types second.

Direct should be easier

Guests book through travel agencies when it is simpler. A booking journey with fewer steps than theirs is the most direct way to keep the commission.

Digital carries the service

A message before arrival or a fast answer at midnight is part of the stay. We design those moments with the same care as the lobby.

What you walk away with

  • A brand with a sense of place no chain can copy
  • A website that makes booking direct the easier choice
  • A booking journey connected to the engine you already use
  • Guest communication that works in the languages your guests speak
  • A system that keeps every property consistent across a group

Questions hospitality teams ask us

Can you connect the website to our booking engine and PMS?

Yes. We work with the booking engine, channel manager and property management system you already run, and design the site so the handover into booking feels like the same experience rather than a different website.

How long does a hotel brand and website take?

Twelve to sixteen weeks for a new property brand and website. A website redesign for an existing brand usually takes eight to ten. Pre-opening projects are planned back from the soft-opening date.

Can the website and guest app work in Arabic and other languages?

Yes. We design Arabic right-to-left layouts from the start and set up the site so further languages for your key markets can be added without a redesign.

What drives the cost of a hospitality project?

The number of properties and outlets, how much on-property rollout is in scope (signage, print, uniforms), the languages and the integrations: a guest app with digital keys and in-stay requests is a much larger build than a booking website.

Can an AI concierge really answer guests?

For the questions that fill a front desk inbox, yes: opening hours, transfers, requests, availability. We build it on your own content and policies, and it hands over to a person whenever a guest needs one.
