Events people
arrive talking about

Events marketing in Dubai: the identity, invitations, website and social content that fill the room for launches, galas, conferences and brand activations.

An event is judged long before the doors open. The marketing is the first part of the experience.

We take an event from a date and a venue to a full room. One team designs the identity, sends the invitations, builds the website and runs the content before, during and after the night, so every touchpoint a guest sees feels like the same event. Launches, galas, conferences, nightlife and hospitality evenings, and brand activations across Dubai.

For anyone with a date in the diary and a room to fill.

Brands launching a product or a space, organisers of galas and conferences, hospitality and nightlife venues with a programme to sell, and companies running activations in malls, hotels and public spaces. Usually the venue is booked and the question is how people will hear about it, and why they will come.

What an events marketing engagement covers

  1. Event identity

A name, mark and visual system for the event, built to work on a ticket, a stage screen, a step-and-repeat and a story frame.

  2. Invitations and RSVP

Digital invites, save-the-dates and an RSVP flow that collects what the guest list needs and keeps reminders on schedule.

  3. Event website

The page or site people check before they come: agenda, speakers, venue, registration and the details that change late.

  4. Content around the event

Announcement, countdown, live coverage and the recap, designed as one run of social and email content rather than separate posts.

How we work

  1. Brief

The event, the audience, the date, the venue and who has to be in the room. We plan backwards from the doors opening.

  2. Identity

The look and voice of the event, agreed early so every other piece can be made from it.

  3. Build the run-up

Invitations, the website and the content calendar, produced together and scheduled to the guest journey.

  4. On the night and after

Live content, screens and signage, then the recap and a guest list you can use for the next one.

What we believe about events

The event starts with the invitation

A guest forms their view of the night when the first message arrives. We give that moment the same care as the room itself.

One event, every touchpoint

The invite, the site, the stage and the recap should feel like the same evening. One team designing all of them is the simplest way to get there.

Plan backwards from the doors

Every deadline comes from the date and nothing moves it. We build the schedule first and protect it, so the last week is spent on detail, not panic.

What you walk away with

  • An event identity that holds from invite to stage
  • A guest list built from real RSVPs, not guesses
  • A website that answers questions before they reach your inbox
  • Content that carries the event before, during and after
  • One team accountable for every touchpoint

Questions we are asked about events marketing

How far ahead of the event should we start?

Eight to ten weeks for a launch, gala or conference, so the identity is settled before invitations go out four to six weeks ahead. In Dubai’s busy season, from autumn to spring, earlier is better because guests’ calendars fill quickly.

Do you run the event itself?

No. We market it and design what guests see: identity, invitations, website, screens, signage artwork and content. Production, staging and venue logistics stay with your event company, and we work alongside them.

What drives the cost?

The number of touchpoints, whether there is film or motion, how many languages, and how much happens live on the night. A focused invitation-and-website package costs far less than a full run-up with coverage.

Can everything be in Arabic and English?

Yes. We design both from the start, from the invitation to the stage screens, so the Arabic is composed rather than fitted in afterwards.

What do you need from us?

The date, venue, audience and goal of the event, the guest list or where it will come from, your brand guidelines if the event sits under them, and one person who can make decisions quickly as the date approaches.
