Brands people
remember

Brand identity design from Dubai: positioning, voice, visual identity and the system that keeps all three consistent long after launch.

A brand is the sum of every decision you make in public. We make those decisions deliberate.

Most identities fail quietly: a mark that works on a pitch deck and nowhere else, a tone that drifts the moment a second person writes for it. We design identities as systems, with positioning, voice, mark, type, colour and motion working as one, and hand over rules a team can actually follow.

For companies whose brand has stopped keeping up with the business.

Founders launching something new, teams whose identity was designed for a smaller company, and groups bringing several brands under one roof. Usually there is a moment that forces it: a raise, a new market, a product that no longer fits the name on the door.

What a brand identity engagement covers

  1. Positioning and strategy

Who you are for, what you stand against and the one idea everything else hangs off. Written down, agreed, and used to judge every design decision that follows.

  2. Visual identity

Wordmark and symbol, typography, colour, image direction and motion principles, designed together so they hold on a screen, a storefront and a sleeve.

  3. Voice and messaging

A tone of voice with examples, a messaging hierarchy and the lines you will say most often, from the tagline to the error message.

  4. Guidelines and assets

A living guideline, production-ready files, templates for the documents your team makes every week and a handover session with the people who will use them.

How we work

  1. Discover

Interviews with founders, customers and the people who sell. A read of the category and where it has gone stale.

  2. Define

Positioning, personality and a creative brief we both sign. The brief is the contract for everything visual.

  3. Design

Two or three directions, shown in the places the brand will really live rather than on a mood board. One is chosen and taken to detail.

  4. Deploy

Guidelines, assets and templates, then a launch plan across the touchpoints that matter most on day one.

What we believe about brands

Position first, pixels second

A mark without a position is decoration. We decide what the company stands for before we decide what it looks like, and we judge every design against that.

Design the system, not the logo

Brands live in a thousand small decisions made by people who were not in the room. Rules, templates and examples are what make those decisions consistent.

Show it where it lives

An identity is judged on a product screen, a storefront and a social post, not on a mood board. We present directions in the real places from the first review.

What you walk away with

  • A position competitors cannot borrow
  • An identity that holds at every size and on every surface
  • A voice your whole team can write in
  • Files, templates and rules ready for use on day one

Questions we are asked before a brand project

How long does a brand identity take?

Eight to twelve weeks for a full identity, from first interview to delivered guidelines. A refresh of an existing identity is usually four to six.

Do we need a strategy phase if we already know who we are?

Usually yes, and it is shorter when you do. Writing the position down is what lets us judge design work against something other than taste.

Can you redesign only the logo?

We can, but a mark on its own rarely solves the problem a company is feeling. We will tell you honestly whether a smaller scope will get you there.

Do you work with companies outside Dubai?

Yes. We are based in Dubai Media City and work with clients across the Gulf, Europe and India, mostly remotely with a few key sessions in person.
