E-commerce Industry Dubai, UAE
Design for
E-commerce
Brand, online store and app design and development from Dubai for retailers selling across the UAE, the Gulf and beyond.
Every extra second, field and doubt between a product and the checkout is a sale left on the table.
Online stores are judged in moments: a product page that loads, a size that is clear, a delivery date you believe, a payment method you already use. We design and build the brand, store and app around those moments, in English and Arabic, on a platform your team can run day to day without a developer for every change.
For brands whose online store is holding the business back.
Direct-to-consumer brands launching or relaunching, regional retailers moving more of their sales online, and marketplace sellers building a store of their own. Usually the store was built quickly at the start and has been patched ever since.
- Most visits are on phones, but the store was designed on a desktop
- Customers ask on WhatsApp what the product page should have told them
- Your Arabic store is missing or lags behind the English one
- Every change to the store needs a developer
What we design and build for e-commerce
Brand and product presentation
Identity, photography direction and the product page system: how a product is shown, described and compared, at the size it is actually seen on a phone.
Online stores
Storefronts on Shopify or a headless stack, designed bilingual, with search, filtering, bundles and the merchandising tools your team needs.
Checkout and payments
Checkout flows with the payment methods your customers expect in the region, including cards, wallets, instalments and cash on delivery where you offer it.
Apps, automation and AI
Shopping apps where the repeat customers justify one, and automation for order updates, customer service and catalogue work.
How we work
Audit
Your analytics, your store and a walk through the purchase on a phone. We list where people drop out and why.
Prioritise
Fixes ranked by how much revenue passes through them, so the first release goes where the money is.
Design and build
Product pages, cart and checkout first, then the browsing and brand layers around them.
Launch and tune
A careful migration, redirects in place, then changes tested against real orders after launch.
What we believe about e-commerce
The product page is the store
Most buyers arrive on a product, not the home page. We spend the most care where the decision to buy is made.
Design on the phone you sell to
Most purchases happen on a phone, on a mobile connection, with a thumb. A store that only looks right on a large screen is not finished.
Your team runs it, not us
A store changes every week. We build so your team can launch a product, a sale or a collection without waiting for a developer.
What you walk away with
- A store built for phones first, in English and Arabic
- Product pages that answer the questions buyers ask
- A checkout with the payment and delivery options your customers expect
- A platform your team can merchandise without a developer
- Analytics set up to show where sales are won and lost
Questions retailers ask us
Shopify or a custom build?
Shopify for most brands: it is quick to launch and easy for a team to run. A headless or custom build makes sense with complex catalogues, several markets on one stack, or integrations Shopify handles poorly. We recommend after the audit, not before.
Can the store run in Arabic and English?
Yes. We design both languages from the start, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic product content and checkout, and URLs and search set up for each language.
Which payment and delivery providers can you integrate?
The common gateways, wallets and buy-now-pay-later providers used in the UAE and the Gulf, plus local couriers and fulfilment partners. We confirm what your platform supports during scoping.
How long does a new online store take?
Eight to twelve weeks for a Shopify store with a custom theme, longer for headless builds or large migrations. A brand identity before it adds six to eight weeks.
Will we lose search rankings if we move platforms?
Not if the migration is done properly. We map every old URL to its new one, carry over product content and metadata, and check search console after launch.
