Design for
SaaS

Product design, engineering and brand from Dubai for software companies that need the product, the site and the story to keep pace with each other.

In software the product is the brand. Every screen a user touches either earns the renewal or puts it at risk.

SaaS companies tend to grow in layers: a product built by engineers, a website written for investors, a brand added for the raise. We design the product, the marketing site and the identity as one system, and we can build the product with you too, so onboarding, pricing and the dashboard all tell the same story.

For software companies whose product has grown faster than its design.

Founders taking a first product from prototype to paying customers, scale-ups whose interface has been extended by many hands, and established software companies entering the region. The trigger is often a raise, a move upmarket, or churn that the roadmap cannot explain.

What we design and build for SaaS

  1. Product UX and interface design

Onboarding, core workflows, dashboards and settings, designed from research with your users and delivered as a component library your engineers can build from.

  2. Design systems

Tokens, components and documentation that keep a growing product consistent as more teams ship into it, kept in step between design files and code.

  3. Marketing site and brand

A positioning, an identity and a website that explain the product to the buyer who signs, with pricing, documentation and sign-up designed as part of the same journey.

  4. Engineering and AI features

Front-end and platform engineering alongside your team or as the team, and AI features such as assistants, search and automation designed into the product rather than bolted on.

How we work

  1. Understand the product

Product analytics, support tickets, sales calls and interviews with users and buyers. Where people drop off, and why.

  2. Prioritise

A short list of the changes that matter most to activation, retention or the sale, agreed with product and engineering.

  3. Design and prototype

Flows tested as prototypes with real users before they reach the backlog, then specified in the design system.

  4. Build and ship

Built with your engineers or by ours, released in increments and measured against the problem we set out to fix.

What we believe about software products

Activation before features

A feature nobody reaches is a cost. We fix the path to the first useful moment before we add anything new.

Design that ships

A screen that cannot be built in the sprint is a picture. We design with engineering in the room and in the component library.

One company, one system

Buyers judge the product by the site and the site by the product. They should be designed by people who see both.

What you walk away with

  • An onboarding that gets users to value sooner
  • A design system your engineers actually use
  • A product, site and brand that look like one company
  • Flows tested with users before they cost engineering time
  • Code and files that live in your repositories

Questions software teams ask

Can you work inside our existing product and stack?

Yes. Most SaaS work is improving a live product. We design within your components where they hold up, extend them where they do not, and our engineers work in your repositories and review process.

Do you only design, or can you build as well?

Both. We can hand over a specified design system to your team, embed engineers alongside them, or build a product or module end to end.

How is a SaaS engagement priced?

A defined project such as onboarding or a marketing site is a fixed scope. Ongoing product design and engineering is usually a monthly retainer sized to the team you need.

Can the product support Arabic and right-to-left layouts?

Yes. We design components to work in both directions from the start, which is far cheaper than retrofitting RTL into a product that was built left-to-right only.

Who owns the design files and the code?

You do. Figma files, repositories and accounts are yours throughout, not handed over at the end.
