Design for
Fintech

Brand, product design and app development for fintech companies in Dubai: money products people trust enough to open, fund and use every day.

People hand you their money only after you have earned their trust. Design is where it is earned.

A fintech product is judged in the first minute of onboarding and in the one screen where something goes wrong. We design brands that read as credible from day one, and products where the hard parts (identity checks, transfers, fees, failed payments) are clear rather than hidden, built to support your compliance work instead of working around it.

For money products that need to be trusted before they can grow.

Founders preparing a first launch or a raise, payment and wallet companies moving into the UAE, lenders and investment platforms whose product has outgrown its first version, and established institutions building a new digital product beside the old one.

What we design and build for fintech

  1. Brand and trust

Positioning, identity and voice that read as credible to customers, partners and investors, with a plain-language guide for explaining money without jargon.

  2. Onboarding and KYC flows

Sign-up, identity verification and account funding designed to lose as few people as possible, while capturing everything your compliance team needs.

  3. App and web product

Payments, wallets, cards, investing and lending interfaces for iOS, Android and web, with states for every pending, failed and reversed transaction.

  4. Dashboards and internal tools

Operations, risk and support consoles, and automation for the manual review work that piles up behind a growing product.

How we work

  1. Map

The money flows, the regulatory constraints your team works within and the partners in the stack: banking, card issuing, KYC and payments.

  2. Define

The customer, the core job and the moments of doubt, written down and agreed with product, compliance and engineering in the room.

  3. Design and test

Flows prototyped and put in front of real users early, especially onboarding and the first transaction, then refined until they hold.

  4. Build and ship

Production code or developer-ready specs, a design system for the product and a release plan that fits your approval and testing cycles.

What we believe about fintech design

Clarity is the trust signal

Nobody trusts a money product because it looks expensive. They trust it because they always know where their money is and what happens next.

Design the failure first

Declined cards, pending transfers and failed checks are where customers decide whether to stay. We design those screens before the happy path.

Compliance in the room

Regulation shapes the product, so the people who own it review the work early. It is cheaper than redesigning a flow after an audit.

What you walk away with

  • A brand that reads as credible to customers and investors
  • Onboarding designed around your verification steps, not in spite of them
  • A clear state for every transaction, including the ones that fail
  • A design system your product team can extend safely
  • Interfaces that explain fees and terms in plain language

Questions fintech teams ask us

Can you work within our regulatory requirements?

Yes. We design to the requirements your compliance and legal teams set, and review the flows with them as we go. We do not certify compliance ourselves; that stays with you and your advisers.

How long does it take to design and build a fintech app?

Design for a first release usually runs ten to fourteen weeks. A build adds three to six months depending on the integrations, and banking, card and KYC partners often set the pace more than the code does.

Do you integrate with payment, banking and KYC providers?

Yes. We design and build against the providers you have chosen, working from their APIs and sandboxes, and we can help you compare options if the stack is not settled yet.

Can the product work in Arabic?

Yes. We design right-to-left layouts from the start, including numbers, currency and dates, which behave differently in Arabic interfaces and are where most bilingual money apps break.

Who owns the code and the designs?

You do. Code lives in your repositories, design files in your workspace and all accounts in your company name. We can stay on to support the product or hand it to your team with documentation.
