Design for
Nightlife

Brand, web, booking and app design from Dubai for venues, promoters and hospitality groups whose night is decided long before the doors open.

A guest chooses a night out on a phone, in a few seconds, usually at the last minute. We design for that moment.

Most nightlife brands look right on the door and fall apart online: a logo that only works in neon, an events page nobody updates, a table booking that ends in a WhatsApp thread. We design the identity, the listings, the booking flow and the content system together, so the venue reads the same on a story, a wristband and a confirmation screen.

For venues and promoters who sell out on reputation and want the online side to match.

Owners opening a new room, hospitality groups running several concepts, and promoters whose nights have outgrown a logo and an Instagram account. Usually something forces it: an opening date, a second venue, or bookings slipping through DMs.

What we design and build for nightlife

  1. Venue and event identity

A brand that holds at the scale of a facade and the size of a story sticker, with a system for weekly nights, residencies and one-off events that keeps each poster distinct without losing the venue.

  2. Website and event listings

A fast, phone-first site with a line-up the team can update in minutes, event pages that share well, and the menus, dress code and directions guests actually look for.

  3. Table booking and guest list flows

Booking, deposits, minimum spend and guest list requests designed as one flow and connected to the reservation, ticketing or CRM tools you already run.

  4. Content and campaign systems

Templates for posters, reels and stories, motion rules and a launch kit for openings, so the in-house team can post every week and still look like the same brand.

How we work

  1. Read the room

Time in the venue on a busy night, with the owners, the promoters and the door. Where bookings come from today and where they get lost.

  2. Define the night

Who the venue is for, the feeling it sells and how it differs from the room next door. Agreed before anything is designed.

  3. Design in context

Identity and flows shown on real screens, real posters and in the light the venue actually has, not on a white board.

  4. Launch and hand over

Site, booking and templates live before the opening or the season, with a session for the team who will post and update them.

What we believe about nightlife brands

The night starts on the phone

Most guests meet the venue on a small screen at short notice. We design for that first, and the facade second.

One system, many nights

A venue runs dozens of events a season. A system that flexes for each one without losing the brand is worth more than a perfect single poster.

Booking is part of the brand

A clumsy deposit form says as much about the venue as the door policy. We treat the flow with the same care as the identity.

What you walk away with

  • A venue brand that reads in the dark and on a phone
  • A booking flow that ends in a confirmed table, not a chat thread
  • Event pages your team can publish without a developer
  • Templates that keep weekly content on brand
  • Files, rules and access owned by you

Questions nightlife operators ask

Can you connect the site to the booking or ticketing system we already use?

Usually, yes. We design around the reservation, ticketing or guest list tool you run and connect to it where it allows. If it has no usable connection, we say so early and suggest the closest workable option.

How long does a new venue identity and website take?

A full identity with a website and booking flow typically runs eight to twelve weeks. If you have an opening date, tell us at the start and we plan backwards from it.

What drives the cost?

The number of brands or nights in the system, whether booking takes deposits, how many integrations there are, and whether you need an app or a site. We quote a fixed scope after the first conversation.

Do you design in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Type, layouts and templates are designed for both, and the website supports right-to-left text where you need it.

Who owns the brand files, the site and the guest data?

You do. Source files, domains, accounts and any guest data stay in your name. We hand over everything at the end of the project.
