Design for
Corporates

Brand, digital and internal tools for established companies and groups in Dubai and the Gulf, designed to read clearly to every audience you answer to.

A large company speaks to investors, regulators, recruits and customers at once. Most of its brand was built for only one of them.

Corporate identities grow by accretion: a subsidiary here, a campaign there, a website rebuilt by whichever team had the budget. We bring the parts back into one system, design the corporate site and the portals people actually use, and build the tools that replace spreadsheets and email chains, with governance a large organisation can live with.

For established companies whose brand and digital estate grew faster than anyone planned.

Family groups, holding companies, government-adjacent entities and regional businesses with several divisions, a website per division and a set of tools held together by email. Often there is a trigger: a new leadership team, an anniversary, a listing or a merger.

What we design and build for corporates

  1. Brand architecture

How the group, its divisions and its products relate: master brand, endorsed or independent. One decision that removes a hundred arguments.

  2. Corporate websites

Bilingual sites in English and Arabic for investors, partners, press and recruits, on a CMS your communications team can run without a ticket to IT.

  3. Portals and internal tools

Client and partner portals, dashboards and internal workflows that replace forms, spreadsheets and email approvals.

  4. Automation and AI for operations

Agents and automations for repeated work such as document handling, reporting and enquiries, connected to the systems you already run.

How we work

  1. Map

Every brand, site and tool in the estate, who owns each one and who signs off. Most of the work is found here.

  2. Align

Workshops with leadership and the teams who live with the result. Decisions written down and agreed before design starts.

  3. Design and build

In stages, each reviewed by the people who will approve it, so there are no surprises at the board presentation.

  4. Roll out

Guidelines, training, templates and a rollout plan across divisions, with a named owner for each part.

What we believe about corporate work

Decide the structure before the style

Most corporate brand problems are architecture problems. Settle how the parts relate and the visual work becomes far simpler.

Design for many authors

A group brand is used by hundreds of people who were never in the room. Templates and plain rules matter more than the launch film.

Two languages, one design

Arabic is not a translation layer added at the end. Both languages are designed together, so neither reads as the afterthought.

What you walk away with

  • A brand architecture the whole group can follow
  • A corporate site in English and Arabic your team can update
  • Portals and tools that replace manual workarounds
  • Guidelines and templates written for many authors
  • A clear owner and process for every part of the system

Questions corporates ask us

Can you work within our procurement and approval process?

Yes. We scope in fixed phases with clear deliverables, which suits vendor onboarding and staged approvals, and we plan reviews around your committee calendar rather than ours.

Do you design and build in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Sites and tools are designed bilingual from the start, with right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography chosen alongside the Latin and content structures that keep both languages in step.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Usually. We connect to CRMs, ERPs, identity providers and document stores through their APIs, and agree with your IT team early what we can reach and how access is granted.

What drives the cost of a corporate project?

The number of brands and audiences, the languages, how many systems we integrate with and how many approval rounds the process requires. We price each phase separately so you can commit in steps.

Who owns the work and the code when it is done?

You do. Design files, source code and CMS access are handed over in your accounts, with documentation your IT team or another supplier can pick up.
