Models that work
in production

Machine learning integration from Dubai: custom models for prediction, classification and recommendation, trained on your data and built into your product.

A model in a notebook is an experiment. A model in your product is a responsibility.

We take machine learning from idea to production: forecasting demand, scoring risk, ranking recommendations, detecting anomalies, reading images and documents. That means the data pipeline, the model, the service that serves it and the monitoring that tells you when it starts to drift. Where a simple rule or an existing model does the job, we say so and build that instead.

For companies with data and a decision they make over and over.

Retailers forecasting stock, lenders and insurers scoring risk, platforms ranking what to show each user, and operations teams checking documents or images by hand. The decision repeats thousands of times, and the data to learn from it already exists.

What an ML integration engagement covers

  1. Problem and data assessment

Whether the problem suits machine learning, what data exists, how good it is and what accuracy would be worth having.

  2. Model development

Baselines first, then models trained and tested on your data, with the trade-offs between accuracy, speed and cost written down.

  3. Integration and serving

The model wired into your product or systems through an API or batch jobs, with the fallback for when it is unsure.

  4. Monitoring and retraining

Drift and quality tracked in production, alerts when performance drops and a retraining routine your team can run.

How we work

  1. Assess

The decision the model supports, the data behind it and a baseline any model has to beat.

  2. Prototype

A model trained on historical data and measured against the baseline before any integration work.

  3. Integrate

Data pipeline, model service and product changes built and tested on live traffic in shadow mode.

  4. Operate

Monitoring, retraining and a review of the model against the outcome it was meant to change.

What we believe about machine learning

Beat the baseline or stop

Every model is measured against the simplest thing that could work. If it does not clearly beat it, we recommend the simple thing.

Production is the hard part

Training a model is a fraction of the work. Data pipelines, serving, monitoring and fallbacks are where models succeed or quietly fail.

Know when it is unsure

A good model knows its limits. We design for low-confidence cases, so a person or a rule takes over instead of a wrong answer going out.

What you walk away with

  • A model measured against a baseline, not a demo
  • Predictions served inside your product or systems
  • Monitoring that catches drift before users do
  • A retraining routine your team can run
  • Code, data pipelines and model weights you own

Questions we are asked about machine learning

Is this the same as building a chatbot?

No. This page is about predictive and classification models: forecasting, scoring, ranking, detection and recognition built into your product. Assistants and agents built on language models are covered by our AI and AI agents services.

How much data do we need?

It depends on the problem. Some tasks work with a few thousand labelled examples, others need years of history. The assessment tells you whether you have enough, and what to start collecting if you do not.

What drives the cost?

The state of your data, how many systems the model has to connect to, how fast it has to answer and how much monitoring the decision deserves. Cleaning and joining data is often the largest part.

Where does our data go, and who owns the model?

Training runs in your cloud account or in an environment agreed with you, and data residency in the UAE is possible where it is required. You own the code, the pipelines and the trained model.

What happens when the model gets worse?

All models drift as the world changes. Monitoring flags it, retraining is scripted, and every model has a fallback so the product still works when it is unsure. We offer ongoing support or hand it to your team.
