Systems that
talk to each other

API integrations from Dubai: payments, CRMs, point of sale, ERPs and logistics connected to your website, app and back office reliably.

Most businesses run on a dozen systems that do not talk to each other. People fill the gaps.

We connect the software your business already uses: payment gateways to your checkout, your website to your CRM, point of sale and stock to your online store, your ERP to your customer portal. Integrations are built to fail safely, with retries, logs and alerts, because the hard part is not the first successful call but the thousandth one that goes wrong at night.

For businesses where people spend their day copying data between systems.

Retailers whose online store and shops keep separate stock, service businesses whose leads arrive by email and are typed into a CRM, and companies adding a new payment provider, courier or ERP to a running operation.

What an integration engagement covers

  1. Systems and data mapping

Which systems hold which data, which is the source of truth for each field and what has to move where, and how quickly.

  2. Integration build

API connections, webhooks and scheduled syncs, written against each provider’s documentation and tested against their sandboxes.

  3. Reliability and security

Retries, idempotency, rate limits, encrypted secrets and logs that let anyone see what moved, when and why something failed.

  4. Monitoring and handover

Alerts when a sync breaks, a runbook for common failures and documentation for each connection.

How we work

  1. Map

Systems, data flows and the source of truth for each field, with the failure cases listed up front.

  2. Design

The integration architecture: direct calls, webhooks, queues or a middleware layer, chosen for volume and risk.

  3. Build

Each connection built and tested against sandboxes, then with real data in a controlled rollout.

  4. Monitor

Alerts, logs and a runbook in place, with a review once the integration has run under real load.

What we believe about integrations

One source of truth per field

When two systems both think they own a customer’s address, both end up wrong. We decide which system owns each piece of data before we move any of it.

Design for the failure

Every external system will be slow or down at some point. Retries, queues and idempotency mean a failure delays data instead of losing or duplicating it.

If you cannot see it, you cannot trust it

Integrations run out of sight. Logs and alerts make them visible, so problems are found by your team rather than by your customers.

What you walk away with

  • Data entered once and available everywhere it is needed
  • Payments, orders and leads that arrive without manual copying
  • Failures caught by alerts, not by customers
  • Logs that show what moved and when
  • Documentation for every connection

Questions we are asked about integrations

Which systems can you connect?

Anything with a usable API or data export: payment gateways such as Stripe, Checkout.com and Network International, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, POS, ERPs such as Odoo, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, and courier and logistics platforms.

What drives the cost?

The number of systems, the quality of their APIs and documentation, the volume of data and how quickly it has to move. Older systems without a modern API take longer and sometimes need a middleware layer.

How long does an integration take?

A single, well-documented connection such as a payment gateway or CRM takes two to four weeks including testing. Connecting several systems, or an ERP, usually takes six to ten.

How do you handle Arabic data?

We make sure Arabic names, addresses and product data pass through every system intact, checking encoding and field lengths at each step, and that dates, currencies and phone numbers are formatted consistently.

What happens when a provider changes its API?

Providers announce changes and deprecations; our monitoring and documentation make updates straightforward. We offer a maintenance retainer that tracks those changes, or we hand over to your team with a runbook.
