Automations that give
people time back
Business process automation: the repetitive work between your systems handled reliably, so your people spend their day on what needs a person.
Every business runs on work nobody chose: copying, checking, chasing. We take it off the desk.
We map how work actually moves through your company, find the steps that are pure repetition and automate them properly: integrations between your systems, scheduled jobs, document processing and approvals, with AI where judgement is needed and plain code where it is not. Reliable, logged and owned by you.
For companies where skilled people spend their days on work nobody chose.
Growing businesses whose processes still live in inboxes and spreadsheets, operations teams rekeying the same data between systems, and finance and admin functions where a mistake in copying costs real money.
- The same information is typed into three systems by hand
- Month-end, onboarding or reporting takes days of someone’s time
- Errors appear where data is copied, not where it is created
- Your tools do not talk to each other and the people in between are the integration
What an automation engagement covers
Process mapping
How work really flows, who touches it, where it waits and what it costs. The map is what we automate from.
Integrations and workflows
Your CRM, finance, operations and communication tools connected, with workflows that move data and tasks between them without a person in the middle.
Documents and data
Extraction from invoices, forms and emails, validation against your records and routing to the right place, with AI where the input is messy.
Reliability and ownership
Error handling, retries, alerts and logs, plus documentation and training so your team can change a workflow without us.
How we work
Map
A week or two inside the work, measuring where time goes and what breaks.
Prioritise
Automations ranked by hours saved and risk, with the quick wins first.
Build
Each one tested against real cases and run alongside the manual process before it replaces it.
Hand over
Monitoring, documentation and training, so the automations are yours to keep and change.
What we believe about automation
Map before you automate
Automating a broken process makes it break faster. We understand the work first, fix what is wrong in it, then automate what is left.
Plain code where it can be
AI reads messy input well; deterministic code does repetitive work cheaper and more reliably. Each step gets the tool that fits.
Nothing fails silently
An automation that stops without telling anyone is worse than no automation. Logs, alerts and retries are part of every workflow.
What you walk away with
- Hours a week returned to every person it touches
- Fewer errors from copying and rekeying
- Systems that talk to each other without you
- Logs and alerts, so nothing fails silently
Questions we are asked about automation
Which tools do you automate with?
Code where it needs to be reliable and fast, and platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier where your team wants to change things themselves. Often a mix, chosen per workflow.
Where does AI come in?
Where the input is unstructured: reading emails, classifying documents, drafting responses. Everywhere else, plain deterministic code is cheaper and more reliable.
How quickly do we see results?
The first automations are usually live within three to four weeks of the mapping, and they tend to pay for themselves within the quarter.
What if a system changes?
Workflows are monitored and alert us or your team when something breaks. We offer a light retainer for exactly these changes.
