Invitations that
fill the room

Digital event invitations and RSVP in Dubai: designed invites, save-the-dates and guest-list flows that get the right people to reply and turn up.

An invitation has one job: get the right person to say yes, and then to come.

We design digital invitations and the RSVP flow behind them as one piece. The invite sets the tone of the evening; the RSVP collects what the guest list needs, plus-ones, dietary needs and access, without asking more than it should. Reminders, confirmations and entry passes follow on schedule, and you see the list as it fills.

For hosts who care who is in the room.

Private launches and previews, galas and dinners, invite-only conferences, hospitality openings and members’ evenings. Usually the list matters as much as the number: the right press, partners and clients, confirmed and checked in.

What an invitations engagement covers

  1. Invitation design

Save-the-date, invitation and reminders, designed for email, WhatsApp and the phone screen, with motion where it adds to the moment.

  2. RSVP flow

A short, branded reply page in Arabic and English that asks only what the event needs and works in two taps on a phone.

  3. Guest-list management

A live list with status, plus-ones and notes, export for the door team, and controls for invite-only, waitlist and capacity.

  4. Confirmations and entry

Confirmation messages, calendar files, directions and a personal pass or QR code for check-in on the night.

How we work

  1. Brief

The guest list, its source, capacity and the details you need to collect. We agree the send dates first.

  2. Design

The invitation and RSVP pages in the event’s identity, in both languages, tested on real phones.

  3. Send

Save-the-date, invitation and reminders go out on schedule; the list fills where you can see it.

  4. On the door

Final list and passes for check-in, then a clean record of who came for the follow-up.

What we believe about invitations

Ask less, hear back more

Every extra field costs replies. We ask for what the event cannot run without and nothing it merely might like to know.

The invite is the first course

It is the guest’s first taste of the evening. If it feels considered, they arrive expecting the same.

Guest data is borrowed

People share their details for one event. We keep them safe, use them for that purpose and hand them back when it is over.

What you walk away with

  • An invitation that sets the tone of the evening
  • An RSVP that takes seconds on a phone
  • A live guest list instead of a spreadsheet chase
  • Check-in the door team can run without delays
  • A clean record of who replied and who came

Questions we are asked about invitations and RSVP

When should invitations go out?

A save-the-date six to eight weeks ahead and the invitation four to six weeks ahead, with reminders in the final week. We need two to three weeks before the first send to design and test everything.

Can invitations go out on WhatsApp as well as email?

Yes. We design for both, since many guests in the region reply faster on WhatsApp. The RSVP page is the same either way, so the list stays in one place.

How do you handle guest data?

We collect only what the event needs, keep it in access-controlled tools, use it only for this event unless guests agree otherwise, and hand it to you or delete it once the event is over.

What drives the cost?

Number of guests and sends, languages, whether there is motion or a printed piece, and how much the RSVP has to handle: plus-ones, tiers, waitlists and check-in.

What do you need from us?

The guest list or where it comes from, the details to collect, capacity, the event identity or brand guidelines, and someone who can approve sends on the day.
